David Vandervort Architects is a medium sized firm located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle. Founded in 1994, our firm creates architecture that is influenced by the beauty and tradition of the Northwest. We seek to find appropriate design solutions that respect the land, reflect our clients’ needs, and enhance the community in which we live.
The focus of our work is on smaller scale buildings, both residential and commercial, with a specialty in custom home design. David Vandervort Architects also has an extensive background designing many small scale structures including churches, retreat facilities, and mixed-use buildings.
In our practice, we seek to be environmentally conscious and to make choices that care for the earth’s resources. Our “green” resources, include LEED accredited professionals who allow us to facilitate discussions with client, contractor and design teams in furthering sustainable awareness and education.
