When this Chicago family decided to relocate to Miami, they requested that Michael participate from the very beginning. Together, they searched and found the perfect home. Michael was then retained to transform the existing finishes and window treatments, as well as procure additional furnishings for the 9,000 square foot residence. Further, the client requested that all work be completed within six months in order to host a 40th birthday celebration. To accomplish this large undertaking, Michael used workrooms in both Chicago and Miami and custom designed furnishings and window treatments. Michael’s project management skills ensured that the project was completed ahead of schedule.
